She was last seen riding her bicycle on the evening of May 24, 2009, in the parking lot of her apartment complex. She was last seen wearing a red, white, and blue striped shirt and knee length blue jeans. When Nevaeh was last seen, she was not wearing shoes.

Megan Maxwell
Maxwell, described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 115 pounds. Further investigation showed that Maxwell was still alive at 4:27 a.m. that morning, when she called a friend to let her know that she was leaving her father’s home in Newport after checking in on him, Shults said.
She was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and blue jeans with holes in the fabric.
